During the Silaturahim and Collaborative Synergy event between the subsidiaries and the holding company of TRG Group, held on 19 May 2026 in the Puskodal Room on the 11th floor of Menara MTH, TRG Group Shareholder Mr H. Abdul Satar delivered strategic direction to leaders from both the holding company and its subsidiaries.
In his keynote speech, he stressed that synergy and collaboration across every entity in the group form the foundation for sustainable growth. Companies are expected not to operate in isolation but to support one another, share resources and build cooperation that adds value to the group as a whole.
Employee discipline was another key focus. Discipline in carrying out duties, complying with company policy and maintaining professionalism was described as essential to building an organisation that is both excellent and trusted.
He also highlighted the importance of effective and efficient ways of working, including in the internal memo process and procedure. Simplifying workflows and speeding up decision-making are expected to support the productivity of the organisation as a whole.
Leaders were further encouraged to adopt a result-oriented mindset in developing business processes — focusing not only on activity, but on hitting targets and delivering real impact for the company.
As part of the long-term vision, Mr H. Abdul Satar underlined the importance of developing the organisation towards readiness for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) through good corporate governance, to strengthen trust and make strategic partnerships easier to build.
