TRG Group held a Team Building programme themed “Creative Collaboration” on 15–16 December 2021. Hosted in the Pelabuhan Ratu area, the activity aimed to build cohesion and collaboration among TRG Group employees.
Because it took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, the event followed health protocols: all participants took a swab test the day before and wore masks throughout.
The programme was designed to build personal capacity across the workforce through group discussion, teamwork and problem solving. Employees also took part in outdoor activities such as white-water rafting on the Citarik River.
Rafting was chosen deliberately, because the experience reinforces a healthy working culture in which colleagues collaborate towards a shared goal and value one another's contribution.
