Human Capital TRG – The policy dominating conversation in recent weeks has been the set of new rules accompanying the end of the PSBB period: the New Normal.
Central government, regional administrations, state-owned enterprises, businesses, public venues and companies alike prepared measures intended to curb the spread of COVID-19 while keeping the economy moving.
TRG Group was no exception. A number of discussions, preparations and scenarios were worked through at group management level.
With Jakarta's PSBB due to end on 4 June 2020 if not extended, the New Normal rules covered health protocols for working from the office, decisions on which employees would work from office or from home, and the working hours for each.
Beyond staffing policy, the CEO of PT TRG Investama, Bobby Rasyidin, used TRG Group's e-halal bihalal to instruct the management of every subsidiary to begin building business strategies and initiatives to meet the revised annual plan under New Normal conditions.
