On Thursday, 18 December 2025, TRG Group held the signing ceremony for the 2026 Annual Work and Budget Plan (RKAT 2026). The event was attended by employees at Manager level and above, together with the Marketing & Sales teams from every TRG Group entity — TRG, AP, APT and UCS — as part of management's commitment to aligning the company's strategic direction.
The event opened with remarks from the CEO of TRG Group, Mrs Teni Agustini, who spoke about the importance of synergy, strong leadership and consistency in execution so that every RKAT 2026 target can be achieved optimally and sustainably.
Next came the RKAT 2026 presentation by the CFO of TRG Group, Mr Alex Runtuwene, covering the outline of the work plan, financial projections and the strategic priorities that will guide every entity in running operations and managing budgets throughout 2026.
This was followed by an address from the Commissioner of TRG Group, Mr Praditio Putra Trenggono, who emphasised focus, seriousness and discipline, along with a growth- and profit-oriented mindset, in sustaining TRG Group's competitiveness.
The main agenda was the signing of TRG Group's RKAT 2026, a formal symbol of management's commitment to the agreed work plan and budget. This was followed by a “1 Minute Spirit” session, in which leaders from each company drew an inspirational quote, read it aloud and explained its meaning and relevance to leadership and the business challenges ahead. The programme closed with a group photo.
Through this event, TRG Group affirmed the readiness of its entire management team to move in step, take responsibility and focus on delivering their best performance in 2026.
