On 30–31 January 2025, TRG Group ran a socialization session on the TRG Group Performance Appraisal for Performance Planning 2025. The aim was to help employees align organisational and individual goals, improve performance, communication and an active feedback culture, and set measurement standards while increasing job satisfaction.
Through this performance planning process, employees are expected to set specific, measurable and realistic goals, draw up action plans, define performance indicators and carry out regular monitoring and evaluation.
Thank you to all TRG Group employees for taking part. Coaching and counselling will follow in July as the next step of the 2025 performance planning cycle, doubling as the mid-year review across TRG Group.
