HUMAN CAPITAL TRG – The large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) applied across Jakarta from Friday, 10 April 2020 brought regulatory limits that also affected TRG Group.
Under Governor Regulation No. 33 of 2020 on Large-Scale Social Restrictions in Handling COVID-19 in Jakarta, certain work activities serving essential needs were exempt.
In line with the business lines of TRG Group's subsidiaries, communications and information technology remained permitted to work from the office.
On that basis, TRG Investama management applied Work from Office for the companies in exempt sectors. PT Akses Prima Indonesia and the Support function were designated to work from the office on a Working Split basis for the duration of the PSBB in Jakarta.
All other companies worked from home under measured arrangements to keep performance and productivity on track. Coinciding with Ramadhan, working hours during the PSBB period ran from 09.30 to 16.00 WIB, for both office and home-based staff.
