Human Capital – On Wednesday, 6 January 2021, the signing ceremony for the 2021 Annual Work and Budget Plan (RKAT 2021) took place at Mandiri Farms, Cibungbulang, Bogor Regency.
The event was attended by Mr Abdul Satar, Commissioner of TRGI Group, Mrs Teni Agustini, CEO of PT TRG Investama, Mr Alexander Runtuwene, CFO of TRGI Group, and the CEOs of each TRGI Group subsidiary.
It opened with remarks from Mrs Teni Agustini, followed by the signing of the RKAT by the Commissioners and Board of Directors of TRGI Group, and addresses by Mr Alexander Runtuwene and Mr Abdul Satar.
In his address, Mr Abdul Satar spoke about the importance of Emotional Quotient (EQ) alongside Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ). Fundamentally, people cannot live relying on only one or two forms of intelligence.
IQ and EQ allow us to act appropriately and intelligently, while SQ gives us answers about the meaning behind the actions we take.
Managing oneself is not a matter of IQ and EQ alone; SQ also plays a major role as the guide for our other forms of intelligence.
The event closed with a shared visit to the hot springs and waterfall, along with activities at the cattle farm.
The gathering was intended to build synergy among TRGI Group subsidiaries as they face the challenges of the years ahead.
