An important step in aligning strategy, finance and resource development across TRG Group.
On Tuesday, 30 September 2025, employees at Manager level and above across TRG Group (TRG, AP, APT and UCS) attended the CFO Presentations delivered by Mr Alexander Runtuwene, CFO of TRG Group, in the Puskodal room.
In one of the sessions, Mr Angga Fajarianto, Financial Controller at TRG, presented the Integrated Budget System 2026 that will serve as the reference for every subsidiary.
The material was prepared so that each subsidiary can produce an annual work and budget plan that is aligned with TRG Group's vision while reflecting the specific conditions of its own business. With this guidance, the preparation of TRG Group's RKAT 2026 is expected to be more systematic, more measurable and in line with the RKAT 2026 calendar set by the company.
The event was also an important moment for strengthening internal communication between holding management and the subsidiaries. The presence of leaders from Manager level upwards reflects TRG Group's commitment to building synergy, uniting strategy and ensuring every part of the organisation understands the direction being taken.
Through the CFO's presentation, TRG Group underlined the importance of alignment between the economic outlook, business strategy, financial and investment considerations, and resource development in shaping next year's work plan. On that basis, TRG Group and its subsidiaries are confident of navigating economic dynamics while delivering sustainable growth, in line with the vision of becoming a key player in providing infrastructure and services for Indonesia's digital ecosystem.
