Human Capital – TRG Investama was one of the speakers at a webinar organised by the Sampoerna University Career Center on Saturday, 10 April 2021.
The webinar, titled “Successful Job Interview & Hiring Process”, was attended by more than 100 participants from among Sampoerna University students and alumni.
During the session, Mrs Laili Irawati, Head of Human Capital at PT TRG Investama, shared job interview tips with participants, particularly those aimed at fresh graduates.
The topic drew the strongest interest from students because of how directly useful it is in preparing to enter the world of work.
Participants responded enthusiastically to the material. Several asked follow-up questions about interview technique and how Human Capital views the way candidates present themselves.
The session was also an opportunity to introduce TRG Investama to Sampoerna University students and alumni, with the hope that the relationship and cooperation between the two institutions continue to grow.
