Success is everyone's dream; what sets people apart is how far they are willing to go to chase it. That was one of the messages delivered by James Gwee at the TRG Group Team Building event held on 15 December 2021 in the Ballroom of Hotel Agusta, Sukabumi.
As part of the TRG Group Team Building programme, the motivational session with James Gwee was the one participants had been waiting for. The Singaporean motivator opened with high energy, and every point he made was met with enthusiasm from the audience.
During the session, James said that one hallmark of successful people is acting full tilt — the idea of total commitment in work or enterprise, where a person puts in the maximum possible effort in pursuit of their dream.
He also taught that if we want to succeed, we must dream big and picture the end point of that dream, so we can plan the steps needed to get there. So, TRG Friends — are you ready to go full tilt after your dreams?
