Hello TRGI People! On Monday, 10 May 2021, TRGI Active Knowledge Sharing — better known as TRACKS — was held for the very first time.
At this inaugural TRACKS, employees from across TRGI Group heard directly from the CEO of PT TRG Investama, Teni Agustini, on the theme of a Great & Clear Vision.
In her talk, she explained that vision is one of the most important things a company can have. A vision describes the company's aspirations for the future and forms the basis of every strategy built for what lies ahead.
Nearly 100 TRGI Group employees joined via Zoom. TRACKS is intended as a forum for employees and company stakeholders to share knowledge and experience, and to strengthen a culture of learning and growth driven from within.
