After exploring the company's vision, mission and goals, TRG Investama held the next Leaders Sharing session, led by the CFO of PT TRG Investama, Alexander Runtuwene.
This time TRGI People had the chance to hear the life story of Chris Gardner at TRACKS Vol. 02, held on Friday, 4 June 2021 in a fresher, more distinctive format.
In the session, Chris Gardner's story illustrated the importance of pairing action with commitment in pursuit of a goal — what is known as Committed Action — supported, of course, by strong values.
The concise material and the distinctive delivery were appreciated by more than 100 TRGI Group employees who joined via Zoom. The event was a reminder to put #CommittedAction into practice together, to reach our shared goals and build TRGI Group.
