Dreams are for free, so why not DREAM BIG?
The TRACKS series for TRGI People returned on Friday, 16 July 2021. This time the Leaders Sharing session was led by Mr Noerman Taufik, CBD of PT TRG Investama and Commissioner of PT Indonesian Cloud.
TRGI People had the chance to hear how we can get through difficult times — in part by holding on to our dreams, our courage and an optimistic outlook.
In business as in personal life, having goals and ideas without a dream behind them can come to nothing. A dream lets us answer the questions: does your idea have the potential to become something big? Can your goal have a positive impact on the world around you?
Once you can answer those questions, the next key is courage and optimism — the courage to start and to try something new each day, and the resolve to compete strategically by creating added value.
With that foundation, plus a willingness to grow and adapt flexibly to change, the fear of facing hard situations can be turned into optimism that creates room to grow. Happy dreaming big, TRGI People!
